This Privacy Policy applies to the FieldCommerce website at fieldcommerce.ai and to the FieldCommerce mobile applications for iOS and Android (collectively, the “Services”). It describes how FieldCommerce, LLC collects, uses, shares, and protects your information across all of these Services.

  • Device identifiers and crash/diagnostic data

Mobile App Data and Permissions

Our iOS and Android apps request access to certain device features to provide field service functionality. Each of these is permission-gated by your device’s operating system, and the app requests your consent before access. You can grant or revoke any of these permissions at any time in your device settings.

  • Precise location (GPS): Used for job site check-in, routing, dispatch, and associating work with a location. Collected only while you use location-enabled features and with your permission.
  • Camera and photos: Used to capture and attach photos to jobs, estimates, and work records. We access only the images you choose to capture or upload.
  • Microphone: Used to record voice notes you choose to attach to jobs or records.
  • Push notifications: We collect a device push token to send you job, scheduling, and account notifications.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our field service management platform
  • Process payments and manage your account
  • Communicate with you about our services, updates, and support
  • Analyze usage patterns to enhance user experience
  • Ensure security and prevent fraud

  • Service Providers: Third-party vendors who help us operate our business, including Stripe (payment processing), cloud hosting providers, and analytics providers. These vendors may only process your data to provide services to us.

No Cross-App or Cross-Site Tracking

We do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites, and we do not use third-party advertising networks or share your data with data brokers. Our mobile apps do not use advertising identifiers for tracking, and we do not present an App Tracking Transparency request because we do not engage in tracking as defined by Apple and Google. The analytics we use are first-party and limited to operating and improving the Services.

Our service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to read their privacy policies.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers, including:

12. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

  • Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: Our mobile apps collect precise geolocation, which is considered sensitive personal information under CPRA. We use it only to provide the field service features you request (such as job site check-in, routing, and dispatch) and not to infer characteristics about you. We do not sell or share sensitive personal information.

How to Submit a Request

To exercise your California privacy rights, submit a verifiable consumer request to privacy@fieldcommerce.ai. We will respond within 45 days. We may extend this period by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary, and will notify you of any such extension.

You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will require written proof of authorization.
