What are the platform fees?

Platform fees are charged on payments processed through FieldCommerce. Standard plans have a 1% fee, Professional plans have 0.5%, and Enterprise plans have 0.25%. These fees are in addition to standard credit card processing fees (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction).

How do additional users work?

Each plan includes a set number of team members. If you need more, you can add additional users at $10/month (Standard), $15/month (Professional), or unlimited users are included with Enterprise.

Is there a long-term contract?

No long-term contracts required! All plans are month-to-month (or annual if you choose annual billing). You can cancel anytime, and we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee.
