The portal and QuickBooks start on Pro
The customer portal, online booking, QuickBooks Online sync, and e-signatures aren't on Basic. Pro is $99 a month for the first route and $50 for each one after.
Texting is an add-on
SMS needs a $5/mo number plus prepaid packs: $50 for 1,000, $100 for 2,500, or $200 for 8,000 texts. Packs auto-renew and are non-refundable.
AI is billed per conversation
AI agents cost $1.00 per completed static conversation and $1.75 per dynamic one. The AI phone receptionist is $0.13 a minute and needs VoIP Pro.
The phone system is its own plan
VoIP plans run $65, $95, or $275 a month, plus per-minute calling and $5 a month for each extra local number.
Routing has limits
